The CAP Also Included in National and Regional Partnerships for Investments and Reforms

Abandoning the term “National Plan” following stakeholder opposition, the European Commission now proposes the formula of “National and Regional Partnerships for Investments and Reforms”: essentially, a unified programming approach for all European funds allocated to Member States under the post-2027 Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF), including those of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).
